Cavern Tour
Are you ready for a true adventure?
A cenote is a natural pit or sinkhole that has been created from a collapse of the limestone bedrock, exposing the groundwater underneath. The term ‘cenote’ comes from the lowland Yucatec Mayan word “ts’not” which describes an area with accessible groundwater. Most cenotes in Mexico are filled with fresh water that has been filtered through layers of earth and limestone, making it so crystal clear that you almost can’t see the water you are swimming in!
On your Cavern Tour, one of our experienced guides will lead you on an unforgettable adventure! Without leaving the ‘daylight zone’ you will embark on a truly amazing journey around the stunning and unique cavern area of the cenotes. Of course, we take pride in our commitment to safe diving practices, which is why we limit our groups to a maximum
of four divers per guide during cenote tours
